weights

I went in for a weights session in the gym. It was a good session. Afterwards I had the urge to do a fast kilometre on the treadmill.

It was good!

Monday evening, my spinning night.

I went to the gym a little early, to do some weights. It was a fun weights session. Then I hit the spinning class. I went too hard for the first 20 minutes, it meant I couldn't keep going hard for the rest of the class which was disappointing, but I did keep going for the rest of the class.

A short weights session on Wednesday. I was not really feeling it in the gym, you know how it is some days!

Another weights session. It was a hard one. I could really feel it in both my upper and lower body. It was good though!

I was in the gym, and I did my second weights session. Exciting!

Though today (Monday), I am quite sore. I'm going to hit a spinning class this evening, and see if that eases some of the pain.
