1 I did another 20km time trail on the bike in the gym again. I decided I needed a more regimented approach though, and I used the 'Hill Plus' setting instead of the 'random' setting. It was definitely harder, but ultimately more rewarding. I did the 20K in 36:18, which wasn't too bad. I stated on the bike for the full 60 minutes though, and did 33K overall.
I did 1.5K on the rowing machine, my back still gives me trouble, but I upped the distance by 50% over last time, and my back was only about as sore, so I guess that's improvement.
Most likely I won't get a chance to train this weekend, I guess next Monday's spinning class is next then.
