Training Type:
Weights
Length of Session (hours):
1.75

Monday evening, my spinning night.

I went to the gym a little early, to do some weights. It was a fun weights session. Then I hit the spinning class. I went too hard for the first 20 minutes, it meant I couldn't keep going hard for the rest of the class which was disappointing, but I did keep going for the rest of the class.

It was fun, next time I'll either skip weights before the class, or not go at 120% over my previous session for the first 20 minutes!
